As the Manager for Nuclear Applications Engineering, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring proposals align with customer requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Review customer RFQs and assign opportunities • Approve technical concepts prior to costing • Engage cross-functional teams for complex opportunities • Ensure compliance with proposals and contract reviews • Monitor key performance indicators for quality and responsiveness
Requirements: • Degree in mechanical design or engineering • 10+ years in engineering or automation, 5+ years in management • Proven experience in regulated engineering environments • Robust leadership skills across distributed teams • Familiarity with JD Edwards and SolidWorks is an asset
