Requirements of a successful applicant:
- Diploma in practical nursing
- In good standing with the CLPNA or
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Active registration with CARNA
- Work independently with minimal supervision,
and able to work well in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible, reliable, and compassionate
- Minimum of 5 years’ nursing experience in hospital, community, or home care settings
- In-depth knowledge of pediatrics
- Employ a family-centred care approach
