Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for the West Ottawa HART Hub. The NP will provide integrated withdrawal management, addiction medicine, episodic primary health care and mental health services to individuals aged 16 and older within a trauma-informed, harm-reduction framework.

The position is regular part time, with coverage primarily on Thursdays, Fridays and weekends, reporting to the WOHH Director.
