4M Solutions Inc. is seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight as we continue to grow.
This prospect is suited to a senior operational leader with an industry background and a proven history of leading people, operations, and business performance.
We are seeking a leader with:
- Comprehensive experience within operations management
- Significant senior/upper management experience
- A strong understanding of mining operations, heavy equipment, and industrial services
- Proven leadership of teams, projects, and complex operations
- Strategic planning and business development experience
- Strong client relationship capabilities
- A demonstrated commitment to safety, accountability, and operational excellence
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading our operations, developing our people, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the continued growth and strategic directions of 4M Solutions.
