Duties
- Greet property owners and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and relay important messages accurately
- Address owner questions and concerns promptly, offering solutions or escalating issues as needed
- Maintain organized records of owner interactions, appointments, and service requests to ensure seamless follow-up
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate owner requests related to property services or amenities
- Support hospitality efforts by creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages owner satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the hospitality or property management sectors
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
