Location: Sen Beauty Sen Foot & Health Clinic

Position: Part time Administrative Assistant

Schedule

- Saturday - 9:30am - 5:30pm
- Sunday - 9:30am - 4:30pm

Please Note: This position is primarily for Saturday and Sunday shifts. Flexibility to provide additional coverage during weekdays for vacations, sick days, or operational needs is welcomed but not mandatory and will be based on individual availability.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to become the face of both Sen Beauty and Sen Foot & Health Clinic.

This role supports both our luxury beauty studio and healthcare clinic, making every day engaging, fast-paced, and rewarding.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our team, you'll help keep our daily operations running smoothly by:

- Welcoming clients with a warm, professional first impression
- Booking, confirming, rescheduling, and managing appointments
- Processing payments and client checkout
- Answering phones, emails, and client inquiries
- Supporting daily administrative operations
- Maintaining an organized, polished reception area
- Assisting with inventory, supplies, and light restocking




- Helping create an exceptional client experience from arrival to departure
