Do you love flowers and creativity? We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Part Time Floral Merchandiser to help our floral departments bloom! This person is responsible for successfully operating and servicing a floral department. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client’s expectations.

What You’ll Do

- Create beautiful, well-stocked floral displays that brighten customers’ days
- Provide helpful, friendly service and product information
- Keep the floral area clean, organized, and fully merchandised
- Follow merchandising plan-o-grams and company standards
- Support sales goals and “go the extra mile” to exceed customer expectations

What We’re Looking For

- A positive, dependable person with great people skills
- Understanding of sales and customer service principles




- Able to work independently and manage time well
- Robust communication skills and proficiency in English
- Ability to lift 20 lbs - 50 lbs
- Availability required for daytime, evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation

This position includes a 3-month probationary period

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous floral or merchandising experience is a plus (but not required!)
