Scholars of Thornhill is seeking for a passionate and enthusiastic part-time French Teacher to join our team. As a teacher at Scholars, you will have the opportunity to positively impact students, both personally and academically. The successful candidate will be trained on Scholars’ teaching methodology. Candidates must be confident teaching French concepts from Grades 1 to 12. If you're looking for a rewarding and challenging work environment, we want to hear from you!

Here’s what we’re looking for:

● Previous experience working with students is an asset.

● Excellent French oral and written skills.

● A passion to help students reach their potential.

● Exceptionally organized and high attention to detail.

● Ability to teach groups of up to 3 students.

● Must be able to teach French up to Grade 12.





- Must be able to teach Math & English up to Grade 8.
- Ontario Certified Teacher is preferred.
- ● Monday - Friday, 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 pm & Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 pm
- Candidates must be able to work a minimum of two shifts per week within our hours of operation above.
- Evening shifts. Part-Time

Ability to commute to:
- Thornhill, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:
- teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Tutoring: 2 years (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
