Cleaner HQ has 14+ years in residential, commercial and post-construction cleaning. We're adding an experienced cleaner to a small, steady team.
The job
- Part-time, 2-3 days a week, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00/3:00 p.m. (about 16-21 hours a week)
- Consistent, set schedule
- $21-$25/hr, based on experience
- Paid weekly, direct hire
- Gas mileage covered
- Full 8-hour day paid, even if you finish the route early
- All equipment and supplies provided, you bring nothing
- Work in Niverville, Steinbach and Winnipeg
- Room to grow with us long-term
How you'll start
You’ll work alongside the owner first, travelling together to jobs, before moving to routes of your own. Meet at our Niverville office each morning.
Casual on-call work also available
- Minimum 3 hours paid per shift, hourly after that
- Fuel coverage
- Extra shifts offered on top of the part-time schedule, usually with a day or two of notice
- Outstanding fit if you want the work but can’t commit to set days
What you need
- 1+ year professional cleaning experience (non-negotiable)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (needed once you're running routes solo)
- Detail-oriented, works well solo or with a partner
- Clear criminal record check before your first shift
Hiring is a short in-person interview plus a paid trial shift.
