TVS Cargo, a growing sea and air freight company serving the GTA since 2018, is hiring a part time associate for our Scarborough head office.
Schedule: Weekends + some weekday hours
Duties
- Handle incoming customer calls
- Help walk-in customers with rates and shipment questions
- Complete shipping forms accurately
- Enter shipment details on the computer
- Receive customer boxes and check details carefully
- Occasionally move boxes around the office when space gets tight
Requirements
- Good phone manner and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable occasionally lifting up to 20-30 kg
- Ability to speak Tamil or Hindi is a strong asset
