We are looking for a personable, organized, and dependable Patient Coordinator to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in healthcare and medical aesthetics, including students or individuals looking to gain exposure to the industry.

The Role

As a Patient Coordinator, you'll help keep the clinic running smoothly while ensuring each patient receives a professional, welcoming experience. From managing appointments to answering questions and supporting daily clinic operations, you'll play an significant role in the patient journey and the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and coordinate a smooth, professional check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage appointments, bookings, rescheduling, and scheduling inquiries.
- Respond to patient questions by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Process payments and assist with daily front desk operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and organized documentation.
- Assist with appointment reminders and patient follow-ups.
- Help maintain an organized, polished, and welcoming reception area.
- Support the team with daily administrative tasks and clinic coordination.




- Work collaboratively with physicians and colleagues to support an efficient clinic flow.

- Reliability and consistent availability for both Friday and Saturday shifts.

Previous experience in reception, customer service, patient coordination, or medical aesthetics is an asset, but not required. We're open to candidates who bring strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn. Schedule & Required Availability

- Fridays from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Weekday availability is required during initial training. The training schedule and duration will be determined based on the needs of the role.
