Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant/Technition

Downtown Drugmart , Calgary

Schedule: Part-time, 16 hrs per wk

Temp Position - Oct 19th - Nov 30th

Position may be extended.

Downtown pharmacy is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to support daily pharmacy operations and provide welcoming service to patients.

Responsibilities

- Enter prescription and patient information accurately
- Assist with prescription preparation and packaging under the pharmacist’s or pharmacy technician’s direction
- Help receive, organize, and restock inventory
- Support cash handling and customer service
- Maintain tidy work areas and accurate records
- Protect patient privacy and follow pharmacy procedures

Qualifications
- Pharmacy Assistant training or Kroll software experience is an asset




- Solid attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning pharmacy software
- Reliable, organized, and respectful of patient confidentiality
- Able to work collaboratively in a busy pharmacy

This is a Pharmacy Assistant position; Alberta Pharmacy Technician can apply aswell . The role does not only include duties restricted to regulated pharmacy professionals but may also includes Front store help .
