This role offers the flexibility of working on-demand in Westlock and surrounding areas. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will monitor patients who may pose a danger to themselves or others.

This position requires superior customer service skills, alertness, and the ability to make decisions in emergency situations. Individuals must be available to work day, night, and weekend shifts, providing essential support to clinical staff and ensuring patient safety at all times. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor patients and report safety changes to hospital staff
- Use de-escalation techniques to ensure all stakeholder safety




- Maintain detailed logs of patient interactions and incidents
- Communicate effectively with staff using radio and apps
