Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in clinic
- Assess pediatric patients and take thorough histories
- Document care accurately in our EMR
- Assist providers with medical procedures
- support the care of medically fragile patients and their families
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient care procedures
- Experience with electronic health records
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and families
- Compassionate approach with a focus on delivering patient-centered care in fast-paced environments.

Requirements
- active LPN license in good standing
- previous experience in a pediatric setting
- two references - at least one from a previous employer
- comfortable with pediatric assessment, history taking, and assisting with procedures
- proficiency with EMR systems
- strong time-management skills and efficiency in a high volume setting
- ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- compassionate, team-oriented, and a clear communicator
- 3 month probationary period
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
