Personal Assistant – Hybrid

We are looking for a polished, professional, and Personal Assistant to work closely with management in a hybrid position.

This role is best suited for someone with a calm personality, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a naturally warm and professional presence.

- Calm and pleasant communication style
- Comfortable following management direction and established procedures
- Able to complete tasks without unnecessary resistance or overcomplicating simple requests
- Valuable judgment and knows when to ask questions and when to take action
- Organized, reliable, flexible, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable assisting with sales, communication, coordination, and general business tasks
- Able to work independently without requiring constant supervision
- Comfortable working sometimes from home and sometimes from the office
- Arabic or Persian speaking is a strong advantage but not mandatory .

Pay: $18.00-$36.43 per hour
