Jog My Dog is Lethbridge's leading locally owned pet service company. We have a vivid social media presence, and a goal to change pet care in Lethbridge. Jog My Dog is known for our fun, energetic, safe, and exceptional pet care. We are expanding faster than ever and need exceptional dog and cat lovers on our team!

This job is flexible and part-time, you receive a schedule a month in advance, and if any additional jobs are needed, you get sent the request and have freedom to accept or reject. Giving you both stability, and the ability to earn more. This job works best for students or other part-time workers, since most walks are between 9am-3pm, and overnight pet care requires you to not leave animals alone longer than 5 hours.

The role:

- Part-time, hours increasing as you complete training. Walks are sporadic, between 9am-3pm.
- Choose a set schedule, or accept requests as they come!
- Opportunities to learn about dog psychology, body language, pet first aid, and handling large groups, and reactive dogs are available. This will allow you to take on more jobs, and learn more about animals (while being paid!) You're in control!

- You enjoy taking photos and social media content. You would love the opportunity to get creative creating content with dogs.

- - You have excellent English speaking and writing, and enjoy writing creatively.
- - You are active, energetic, and love being outdoors in all kinds of weather.
- - You love dogs and cats, and have experience training or raising animals.
- - You enjoy being a homebody.
- - You can walk and run with no issues
- - You enjoy large animals jumping on you, barking at you, and slobbering on you.
- - You have a confident demeanour around animals and are comfortable with your ability to take charge in dangerous or unexpected situations.

What we require:

- - A recent criminal record check
- - A valid drivers license and vehicle (SUV preferred.)
- - Professional references
- - Must be 18+

Pay: $15.00-$120.00 per day
