Complete Wellness Physiotherapy, powered by SafeHouse, is part of a veteran-led, human-centred healthcare ecosystem providing coordinated, high-touch support to veterans, RCMP, and first responders. We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in St. Albert, Alberta, providing trauma-informed care to primarily veterans and RCMP members.
Responsibilities
- Provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation to veterans and RCMP members
- Deliver care using a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, dignity and trust
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, wraparound care
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with professional and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with a Canadian provincial regulatory college (any province)
- Training or experience in trauma-informed care
- Experience working with veterans, RCMP, first responders or operational injuries is an asset
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, client-centred approach
