Key Responsibilities: • Lead delivery of complex IVR, AI, and virtual agent solutions • Design scalable architectures through customer workshops • Develop IVR applications, NLU bots,
and routing solutions • Drive integration with Google Dialogflow and Amazon Lex • Optimize speech experiences and ensure performance enhancement
Requirements: • 10+ years in AI, IVR, or routing architecture • 6+ years with Google Dialogflow or Amazon Lex • Strong background in architecture and software development • Previous customer-facing technical consulting experience • Proven ability to evaluate complex technical challenges
