- Lead delivery of complex IVR, AI, and virtual agent solutions
- Design scalable architectures through customer workshops
- Develop IVR applications, NLU bots, and routing solutions
- Drive integration with Google Dialogflow and Amazon Lex
- Optimize speech experiences and ensure performance enhancement Requirements:
- 10+ years in AI, IVR, or routing architecture

- Robust background in architecture and software development
