About the Role

We're looking for a Part-Time Production Associate who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and notices the little details that others often miss.

No embroidery experience needed.

We'll teach you the technical skills. What we're really looking for is someone who is dependable, adaptable, eager to learn, and committed to doing great work.

As a Part-Time Production Associate, you'll support our in-house decoration team, helping produce custom apparel using embroidery, heat press, DTF printing, and other decorating methods.

This is a part-time, hands-on position with scheduled shifts based on our production needs. We're looking for someone who can work efficiently, contribute to the team, and maintain our quality standards during every shift.

What You'll Do

- Prepare garments for production by unpacking, organizing, and quality checking incoming products
- Verify incoming inventory against packing slips and purchase orders
- Hoop garments and operate commercial embroidery equipment (training provided)
- Learn to operate heat press and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Fold, package, and prepare completed orders for customers
- Assist with equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance
- Help maintain an organized, clean,



and productive production area
- Support other production projects as needed

Bonus Skills (Not Required) Experience in any of these areas would be considered an asset:
- Manufacturing or production environments
- Sewing, crafting, woodworking, or other detail-oriented hobbies
- Apparel decoration
- Screen printing
- Heat press operation
- Graphic design
- Machine operation
- Quality control
- Shipping and receiving
