Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Supervisor, where your leadership will drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role of a supervisor involves overseeing, coordinating and monitoring production activities to ensure orders are prepared safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. They act as the link between production workers, management, and supporting office staff.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily production operations and ensure output meets quality and timeline requirements.
- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff; manage performance and resolve conflicts.
- Develop and implement production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct equipment inspections, coordinate maintenance, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety inspections, and investigate incidents.
- Implement process improvements, support lean manufacturing, and reduce operational waste.




- Maintain accurate records of production output, staff performance, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and maintain Paint Management System for optimal inventory levels.
- Oversee the inbound and outbound shipments.
- Work with Office to support the Pricing Strategy.
- Support the Management in getting ISO 9001 certification.
