Lacterra is a growing dairy processor producing yogurt and other cultured dairy products. We are hiring reliable, hands-on Production Workers to join our team at our Woodstock facility.

About the role

You will support daily production, including preparing materials, assisting with equipment operation, packing finished products, and cleaning production areas. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, follow instructions carefully, and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

- Assist with yogurt production, filling, sealing, and packaging.
- Load cups, lids, boxes, and other supplies into packaging equipment.
- Inspect packaging, labels, seals, and date codes for accuracy and quality.
- Pack products into boxes and stack finished cases on pallets.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and production areas according to procedures.
- Complete production and cleaning records accurately.




- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
- Report equipment problems, product defects, and safety concerns promptly.
- Assist with other production and warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete basic records.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Able to safely perform lifting and material-handling duties
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
