Production Worker – Entry Level (Training Provided)

About Us

Simalex Manufacturing is a precision manufacturing shop in Langley, BC. We machine and finish quality parts for customers in a range of industries. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our production team. You don't need experience, just a good attitude and a willingness to learn.

Schedule

- 32 hours per week, Monday to Thursday. Every weekend is a 3-day weekend.
- You'll start on day shift (7:00 am – 3:00 pm).
- You may move to afternoon shift (2:45 pm – 10:45 pm) later on.

What You'll Do

- Load and unload CNC and production machines, and watch cycles to make sure parts run smoothly
- Deburr, clean, and hand-finish machined parts
- Inspect parts against drawings using calipers, micrometers, and gauges (we'll teach you)
- Assemble, package, label, and get finished parts ready to ship




- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

What We Offer

- Paid training. We'll teach you everything on the floor from day one.
- 3-day weekends. It's a Monday–Thursday schedule, so Friday through Sunday are yours.
- Room to grow. There's a real path to Machine Operator and setup roles, with raises as your skills develop.

What You Need

- Your own CSA-approved steel-toe boots
- Reliable transportation to Langley for early starts and late finishes
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- A solid work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
