We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete cleaning tasks.
- Conduct facilities maintenance as required, addressing minor repairs and reporting larger issues to management.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within scheduled shifts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning needs and any potential hazards.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting occupants with their needs.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Skills

- Strong ability to perform heavy lifting as required for various cleaning tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize duties effectively.




- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.

Starting Rate:

- $20/hr – if you don’t drive
- $25/hr – if you have a valid driver’s license and can drive
