Eastern Restoration is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and reconstruction projects.

Responsibilities

- Conduct site inspections, take moisture readings, and prepare initial reports.
- Define project scope, prepare estimates, and coordinate crews and subcontractors.
- Manage schedules, materials, equipment, and project costs.
- Communicate with homeowners, strata managers, and insurance adjusters.
- Maintain clear job records, including photos, drying logs, and progress updates.
- Oversee work quality, site safety, and project completion.

Requirements
- Experience managing restoration or renovation projects.
- Knowledge of water damage mitigation, drying, demolition, and reconstruction.
- Robust communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.




- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel between job sites.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Availability for occasional after-hours emergency calls.

Preferred Qualifications
- IICRC certification.
- Experience with Xactimate and insurance claims.
- Ability to communicate in English.

Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications.
