Job Scope

- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Collaborate with admin teams, clients, and contractors to bring visions to life.

- Create project timelines and monitor progress at every stage.

- Ensure all work complies with local regulations and building codes.

- Identify risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.

- Deliver presentations and regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field.

- 5 years of experience in project management within architecture, renovation or construction.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, etc.)

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building standards is a plus.
