- Complete month-end closes and variance analysis
- Prepare quarter-end audit packages for review
- Draft annual financial and cost statements
- Manage tenant operating costs and tax billings
- Support integration of new property acquisitions Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2+ years in Property Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- ERP system experience preferred (Yardi)
