- 3+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce testing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, page layouts, record types, and automation tools.
- Experience testing Salesforce Flows, Lightning components, and Apex triggers.
- Solid experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, qTest, etc.).
- Ability to write SOQL queries for data validation.
- Hands-on experience executing end-to-end test scenarios in Salesforce cloud environments (Sales/Service Cloud).
