Job Title: QA Engineer

Location: Toronto, ON

Responsibilities:

- 6+ years of experience in testing and automation with Java, Maven, and Spring Boot.
- Robust knowledge of Java programming and automation design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks, Gherkin syntax, and feature file creation.
- Experience with Selenium for front-end automation.
- Experience with API automation frameworks (preferably Rest Assured).
- Strong experience handling and manipulating JSON-based request/response files.
- Experience with GitHub Actions for scheduled and on-demand pipeline executions.
- Proficiency in writing and maintaining SQL for data validation.
- Familiarity with Git, IntelliJ IDEA, and Windows environments.

Required skills:

- Strong understanding and Handson experience of software testing principles, including test case design, test planning, defect lifecycle management, and functional and regression testing.
