Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our team as Quotation Specialist.

This role focuses on reviewing and preparing critical technical documentation, supporting quotation and project coordination processes, and helping resolve customer issues. You will assist with the preparation of RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and project documentation while working closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely quotation support and smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze RFQ (Request for Quotation) documents and other technical materials to understand customer requirements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and aligned with project specifications.
- Address customer inquiries, clarify requirements, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams, including the technical department, to ensure customer needs are accurately translated into deliverables.




- Preparing precise and competitive quotes and bid packages based on customer requirements.
- Prepare and manage technical documents, ensuring compliance with customer requests and industry standards.
- Maintain organized records of customer communications, technical documents, and updates to support seamless project workflows.

Qualifications:

- Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of industry standard and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Pay:

- $45,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
