We are looking for an individual with a high level of telephone skills as well as in-person customer care skills to facilitate incoming and outgoing phone calls on behalf of the dealership Your role consists of taking phone calls, administrative work relating to the internal database, and handling cash on day to day basis.
- Requirements
* telephone skills *Above average enthusiasm for working with customers over the phone and a talent for building rapport and relationships with customers.
*Previous receptionist/Outgoing and Incoming Phone service skill required.
*Proficient Skill in Office Excel, Word, and more.
