We are looking to find a professional who has excellent communication skills, who is welcoming to customers and clients, with the ability to support our dealership’s high volume of incoming calls and walk-ins.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Greet customers, help them navigate through the office and offer/supply refreshments as they wait
· Receive all incoming calls: answering, transfers, messages, and offering assistance from a multi-phone line system
· Direct calls to all departments
· Assist with sales and accounting paperwork when required
· Must demonstrate excellent customer service skill
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
