Position: Residential HVAC Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Red Seal HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, safety-conscious, and committed to providing high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, and ventilation equipment.

- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues and complete repairs efficiently.

- Test system performance and ensure equipment operates safely and according to manufacturer specifications.

- Explain repair options, maintenance recommendations, and system operation to homeowners.

- Complete service reports, work orders, and other required documentation accurately.

- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition.

- Follow all safety procedures, building codes, and environmental regulations.





- Respond to emergency service calls as required.

- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- HVAC certification or completion of a recognized HVAC training program.

- Red Seal Training Completed

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Experience installing and servicing residential HVAC systems preferred.

- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds or more.

- Work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.

- Stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods.

- Work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions.

Pay: $35.00-$60.00 per hour
