Responsibilities
- Perform customized massage therapy sessions based on client needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their health history, preferences, and specific concerns
- Maintain detailed treatment using Jane records and document client progress for ongoing care
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or lifestyle adjustments
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment workplace in compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, address questions,
and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge
