Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to each client’s needs, promoting relaxation and healing
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand health history and specific concerns
- Maintain accurate treatment records and document client progress responsibly
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate therapies or products when suitable
- Create a welcoming, positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and client loyalty
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and satisfaction
- Uphold all health and safety standards,
including proper sanitation and hygiene practices
Experience
- Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) from an accredited program is required; current graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and health conditions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare settings is a plus but not mandatory
