Registered Massage Therapist Job in Oshawa, ON – Elements Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Position Overview:

As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will assess and treat clients using evidence-based massage therapy techniques to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support recovery from injury. You will work alongside physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered care.

Compensation:

60-70 % split or Hourly pay

Qualifications:

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Diploma in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution

Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans




- Provide therapeutic massage treatments for musculoskeletal conditions and stress relief
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients on home care, stretching, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals

Skills:

- Strong patient assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Proficiency in therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation massage techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop individualized treatment plans
- Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
