Provide compassionate care as a Registered Nurse in The Mount Continuing Care Community. Deliver essential nursing services to enhance resident comfort and safety within a supportive team environment. In this key nursing role, you will assist in delivering high-quality care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents are met.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring vital signs, documentation of treatments, and supporting families with end-of-life care. Focus on person-centered care, working effectively under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, and maintaining a safe living setting for residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with hygiene and grooming needs for residents




- Monitor and document vital signs and fluid intake/output
- Provide administration of creams and perform basic first aid
- Support recreational activities and assist with mobility
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff Requirements:
- Completion of recognized RCW program or equivalent
- Up to date CPR certification
- Criminal record check required
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
