Middlesex Spine and Sport Clinic is expanding its mental health services at our LiUNA 1059 Wellness Centre in London, Ontario.

We are seeking Registered Psychotherapists (RP) and/or Registered Social Workers (RSW) to join our established multidisciplinary healthcare team.

With multiple positions available, we offer flexible scheduling, competitive percentage-based compensation, and the opportunity to work as either an employee with full benefits or an independent contractor.

We welcome clinicians with a variety of experience and clinical specialties. Experience working with children and adolescents, including those under 16 years of age, is a particularly valuable asset.

Responsibilities

- Provide individual psychotherapy and counselling services.
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centred mental health care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
- Maintain professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
- Appropriate clinical education and training.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, or other recognized modalities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to practise independently within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.





Experience treating children and adolescents is a strong asset but is not required for all available positions. Practitioners specializing in adult mental health are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Position Information All treatment sessions are conducted in person at our LiUNA 1059 Wellness Centre in London. Virtual and remote appointments are not offered.

Compensation is percentage-based, with earnings dependent on completed appointments and the agreed compensation arrangement.
