ProActive Wellness Centre is looking for a Rehab Administrator to join our team in the St. John's/Metro Region, NL.

Are you a motivated team player with a passion for organization and healthy living? We want to hear from you! This is a full-time role that will provide coverage across multiple ProActive clinics.

The job duties of this dual role include:

- Greet and check in physical rehab clients
- Book appointments for clients
- Process insurance/payments
- Answer the phone and answer general client inquiries
- Balance monthly AR report
- Keep track of clinician schedules
- Change beds and do laundry as needed
- Clean rooms and tables between patients
- General upkeep of clinic
