The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in HR or learning and development and a bachelor's degree in business or education. This role involves facilitating workshops, planning logistics, and collaborating with fellow Learning Specialists for impactful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging workshops virtually and in-person
- Plan logistics for in-person workshop sessions
- Manage event execution and follow-up evaluations
- Support content design for learning initiatives
- Assist with Learning Management System setup Requirements:
- 1-3 years of HR or learning experience

- Valid driver's license for work-related travel
