Freehouse Repair and Maintenance The Repair & Maintenance Manager oversees the maintenance of The Freehouse Pub Group in BC. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership & problem solving abilities with a solid background in commercial maintenance.

Responsibilities

- Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
- Oversee the fabrication of parts as needed for repairs, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate into major problems.




- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate repair schedules with minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of spare parts.

Experience
- Proven experience in commercial maintenance; carpentry, minor plumbing & electrical.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with problem-solving skills to address complex repair issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and other departments.

Compensation This position will require a valid drivers license.
