Key Responsibilities

- Perform detailed residential cleaning services.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors and surfaces according to our quality standards.
- Follow established cleaning systems, checklists, and client-specific instructions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete assignments efficiently.
- Maintain professional conduct and respect clients’ homes and belongings.
- Manage time effectively while ensuring excellent cleaning results.
- Follow company procedures for equipment use, safety, and customer service.

Requirements

- Previous cleaning experience or practical experience maintaining a clean home.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow LUX Cleaning’s professional cleaning methods.




- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, kneeling, standing, and repetitive movements.
- Availability to work weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Current legal authorization to work in Canada and a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN).
