Professional cleaning experience is not required.

If you’re dependable, coachable, detail-oriented and genuinely care about doing good work, we can teach you the rest.

What You’ll Do

As a Lathered Team Member, you’ll provide professional residential cleaning services in clients’ homes while following our systems, checklists and quality standards.

You’ll work independently and alongside teammates, manage your time throughout the day, communicate with the office and your team, and help create a consistently great experience for every client.

Pay, Bonuses & Growth

$19–$22/hour after training, depending on skill, responsibility and progression.

As your skills grow, there are opportunities to move into advanced, training and leadership roles with additional earning potential.

We’ll Set You Up to Succeed You’ll receive in-person,



hands-on training along with how-to guides, training videos, checklists and clear cleaning systems.

You’ll also receive ongoing feedback and coaching as you build your confidence and grow into new responsibilities.

Our work is primarily Monday–Friday during daytime hours, and we offer flexibility based on availability.

This is a physical job. You’ll spend much of the day moving, bending, reaching, kneeling, vacuuming and working on your feet.

Requirements

Because we work inside our clients’ homes and travel between appointments, all Lathered Team Members must have:

- A valid driver’s licence
- Reliable access to a vehicle
- A clear background check
