Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to create a welcoming shopping atmosphere
- Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos, and explaining features to enhance their understanding
- Conduct merchandise merchandising to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately, handle cash, credit cards, and perform cash handling duties with precision
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending complementary items
- Manage time effectively to assist multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing product information remotely
- Helping out with rental forms and making sure that they are filled out accurately and appropriate payment is taking
Wage will be dependent upon experience. This position will begin at the end of November / early December until the end of ski season.

- Strong customer skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases
- Proven experience in retail sales, especially within fashion or technology sectors
