We are seeking enthusiastic, confident, and sales-driven Retail Sales Associates to join our team at Cornwall Centre, Regina.

As a SCNTURE Sales Associate, you will play an key role in introducing customers to our fragrance collection, helping them discover scents that complement their personality and lifestyle, and creating an engaging and personalized shopping experience.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, are comfortable approaching potential customers, and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively approach and engage shoppers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.
- Create a welcoming and memorable fragrance discovery experience through personalized consultations and product demonstrations.
- Understand customers' fragrance preferences and recommend suitable scents for personal use, gifting, and special occasions.
- Develop strong knowledge of SCNTURE products, including fragrance families, scent profiles, notes, and product benefits.
- Communicate the brand's values, quality, and unique selling points effectively.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs, recommending complementary products, and achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat purchases, referrals, and brand loyalty.
- Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the Shopify POS system.
- Maintain impeccable kiosk presentation, including product displays, cleanliness, tester bottles, and inventory organization.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory monitoring, and daily opening and closing procedures.
- Support promotional activities, seasonal campaigns,



and new product launches.
- Represent SCNTURE with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to premium customer service.

Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, cosmetics, beauty, or fragrance retail is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and confident personality.
- Strong selling skills and the ability to engage customers, demonstrate products, and close sales.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with passing shoppers in a busy shopping mall environment.
- A genuine interest in fragrances, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail products.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and provide thoughtful product recommendations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about achieving sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic cash-handling abilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail operations is an asset.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute positively to a team.
- Multilingual communication skills are an asset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Previous fragrance industry experience is preferred but not essential. Comprehensive product knowledge and sales training will be provided.
