The Retail Stylist is a brand advocate for HACKNEY NINE Jewellery (www.hackneynine.com. Instagram @hackneynine). The role is responsible for engaging and connecting with each customer to provide an exceptional experience, generating sales and brand loyalty.
The Retail
Stylist shares expert product knowledge to educate, inform, inspire and accessorize the customer. This individual takes pride in the products, exceeding customer expectations, the store and their team, and is focused on delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Understands the HACKNEY NINE brand and can bring it to life everyday through customer engagement.
· Creates a connection with customers like that of a trusted friend and advisor to drive sales & brand loyalty.
· Stays current on product knowledge, is open to learning and communicates our brand story & product features and benefits, to build customer awareness & confidence in products. Other retail functions as required.
· Treats everyone with respect and contributes to a positive work setting.
An interest in fashion, jewellery, arts & crafts. Previous experience in this field would be an advantage, as well as some retail experience.
