- Deliver engaging group and personal activities for Community Members
- Organize and prepare materials for activities
- Assist in planning activities to enhance quality of life
- Maintain documentation and evaluate program plans
- Conduct regular reviews of the Lifestyle program with the manager Requirements:
- Experience in facilitating activation programs
- Post-secondary education in relevant fields
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to older adults' needs
