The RM of Tramping Lake No. 380 is accepting applications for the position of Rural Municipal Foreman.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
-Co-ordinate and organize the daily duties of the outside workers in consultation with council
-Ensure standards set by council are implemented and achieved
-Supervising and directing the maintenance of all municipal equipment and municipal buildings
-Assist the Administrator in the preparation of the annual budget and capital works plan
-Purchase of supplies related to the transportation services as per the annual budget
-Mowing
-Backhoe Work
-Rock Picking
-Reclaimer
-Grading
-Applying Gravel with Semi & Gravel Trailer
-Sign & Culvert Maintenance
-Gravel Checking
-Shop Maintenance
-Repairs of Equipment
-Other duties as assigned by Council
Candidate Must Possess
-Class 1A driver license preferred
-Experience in operation of heavy equipment
-Minimum 5 years experience as a foreman
-Pesticide Applicator License would be an asset The successful applicant will work under the direct supervision of Council and report directly to Council.
