Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Responsibilities & Duties
- Present products and services to new and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to arrive on-time and ready to work.
- Able to learn through on-the-job training.
- Ability to work independently and seek out assistance as required.
- Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices).
- Three to six months of experience working in a retail environment preferred, but not required: we will train the right person.
