Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating our product offerings with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight key products and promotions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Keep track of inventory levels,
restock shelves as needed, and assist with stock organization
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse customers
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management
- Experience with cashiering, POS systems, cash handling, and merchandising is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional phone etiquette approach
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos will be highly valued
- Multilingual capabilities are desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
